Rachael and Steve’s Wedding at The Lodge at Geneva On The Lake

As I knocked on their hotel room door at The Lodge at Geneva On The Lake, I could hear waves of laugher and voices filled with happiness. Rachael, Steve, and their entire wedding party was getting ready (in an adjoined room — although they were separated by a wall and some strategy). I walked into a room whirling with exuberance and bliss, filled with the friends and family that meant the most to them.

At 2PM, Rachael walked across the courtyard to meet Steven. She promised to always be true to him, surrounded by the people that they loved most.

Deanna and Dave’s Wedding at The Club at Hillbrook

Deanna and Dave met at Put-In-Bay. Deanna was celebrating her graduation from medical school, and Dave was there for a friend’s birthday. That’s where their story started.

A little more than a year later, after Deanna had been “matched” with a residency spot, Dave took the opportunity to get down on bended knee and ask her to accept another “match”. His hand in marriage.

Their wedding was held at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Cleveland, Ohio, with a packed church of almost 300 guests in attendance, followed by a gorgeous reception in Chagrin Falls at The Club at Hillbrook. With flowers literally dripping everywhere, bridesmaids that looked like goddesses (they wore all white dresses), and the Club’s tudor charm, it felt like we were in a fairytale.

Revisiting Danielle and Brent’s Wedding at Weymouth Country Club in Medina, Ohio

Danielle and Brent were married last December. Since it’s the holiday season again, I thought we’d revisit their festive day again.

Danielle and Brent had a lovely, Christmas themed wedding complete with a Santa and Mrs. Claus. Their ceremony was held at the Lyndhurst Presbyterian Church, in Lyndhurst with a reception following at Weymouth Country Club, in Medina. We stopped at the Arcade in Downtown Cleveland for some photos before hitting the reception. (We also snuck outside for a few photos around East 4th Street, even though the windchill in Downtown Cleveland was FREEZING!) Cleveland Ohio Wedding:: Barb & Marc

I’ve known Barb for a few years now. In fact, we graduated high school together and we’ve kept in contact through mutual friends.

Barb and Marc met at a Halloween party several years ago. Last March, Marc surprised Barb at a local jewelry store by buying her a ring and dropping down on one knee.

These two share a great sense of humor and it’s obvious they’re totally into each other.

I’d been looking forward to photographing Angela and Bobby’s wedding for quite awhile, as it was one of the first dates I’d booked for 2010. Their elegant wedding day started out in the heart of downtown Cleveland at St. Maron Church, followed by a photo session at The Old Arcade and then a reception at C asa De Borrally’s.

Cleveland Ohio Engagement Session:: Courtney & Josh

Courtney and Josh are originally from the Northeastern Ohio, but currently live in Orange County, CA. They don’t see snow on the West coast, so Courtney requested to have our session in December after the snow had fallen. We decided to venture out to Alpine Valley Ski Resort for our session, and 24 degrees and snow didn’t stop us! Courtney and Josh were troopers! They did a FABULOUS job during our session, and I can’t wait to see them again in September.
